Certified Group Fitness Exercise Leader, Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor. Tamra specializes in Cardio/Heart Health, Weight loss, Weight lifting/toning, Flexibility training, PiYo, and Core Specific Training.
Haley
Haley Cox
Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Leader. She specializes in strength toning/training, functional movement, cardio/aerobic training, flexibility, and weight loss. Haley also helps you with goal setting and working as an accountability partner.
Brian
Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Leader. Brian is a Marine Corps veteran. He specializes in men's and women's BodyBuilding, strength and endurance training, flexibility/range of motion exercise, cardiovascular health & weight loss.
Darren
Certified Personal Trainer, Certified in Bio-mechanics of weight training. Darren has 22 years of experience in general fitness and weight loss programs including nutritional counseling. He has specialized over the last 18 years in athletic power and speed development focusing on young athletes. Darren currently has two former clients playing in the NFL.

Certified Group Exercise Leader and Personal Trainer. Kathy specializes in Yin Yoga, Nutrition, and Lifestyle Strategies. Kathy has also worked and taught in the fitness industry for the last 30 years.
