She specializes in group fitness instruction, sport specific strength and conditioning, cardiovascular and endurance training, mobility and facilitated stretching as well as nutrition. Her client centered design and implementation will give you the extra push you need to achieve your goals.
Blake specializes in core, strength and cardio training. He places a great deal of focus on the natural movement of the body. Let Blake help you achieve your goals by providing one on one encouragement, accountability, and goal specified workouts.
